Dia de los Muertos Fair
Join us in celebrating Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), inspired by the beloved children’s movie “Coco.” This event is a wonderful opportunity for families to honor and remember loved ones.
Event Highlights
**Crafts and Activities:**
Bring your children for fun crafts and dancing! Participants are encouraged to bring a photo or memento of an ancestor or pet they would like to commemorate. Photos and offerings can be placed on a community altar or used to create a mini ofrenda to take home. (Items can be picked up by appointment the following day or the next week)
Watch a few dancers in a pop-up performance and join in. Can you dance like a skeleton or a monster? Join us to find out!
**Craft Stations:**
Children can enjoy crafting activities, including making paper flowers, assembling paper skeleton bones, and temporary tattoos.
**Vendors and Food:**
A selection of vendors will be selling handmade items. Empanadas, bread and snacks will also be available for purchase.
