Fireworks and Music Fest

The Arts on the Lake Music Fest and the Town of Kent Fireworks help start off the summer, Saturday, June 30. Music starts at 6 pm with folk singer Susan Wright playing with Fred Gillen Jr. and Rick Aparicio. The Danbury Mad Hatters Barbershop singers come next and they are followed at 7:15 by Kati Mac and Southeast Station featuring Lou Loria, Paul Bugeve, Buddy Jones and Deni Bonet. They will be playing the music of Tom Petty and Stevie Nicks, as well as iconic peace songs from Mac’s new CD, Songs of Revolution, Songs of Peace. The Fireworks begin around 9:15 pm.

Please come join your friends and neighbors as they spread out on the lawn with blankets and chairs to start the summer events with our Music Fest and Fireworks. Admission is free with a donation asked for.

Concert will be held rain or shine on June 30. Fireworks rain date is July 7.
