Winter Members Gathering

Our annual gathering for members and guests held at the center.
The Members Gathering is a chance to meet your fellow supporters of the Art Center, enjoy wine and light hors d'oeuvres, recall 2015 highlights, and hear what's in store for 2016.
In addition, this year we are premiering the short video work, Arts in Putnam, by Chris Casaburi. The project was created with the idea of bringing attention to the many artists who live or work in Putnam County. The video includes interviews with ceramist Michael Cole who teaches at the Putnam Arts Council in Mahopac, the collage artist Alex Lindquist who has shown at Studio Around the Corner in Brewster, painter Alexander Shundi who teaches at Arts on the Lake and musician/arranger Tim Quimette who formed and leads the Arts on the Lake Jazz Ensemble. The evening’s food will be provided by Charlotte Berwind Fine Foods and the flowers by Merriel Weston Floral Design.
Please join us for this special evening. There is no charge, members are encouraged to invite guests so that they learn more about the Center.
This special project was commissioned by Arts on the Lake with sponsoring grants from the County Department of Tourism and the Arts Link Program administered by the Putnam Arts Council.
